Dr Wilson has a lot to say about low temperatures   (link updated 12/12) and T3 but we don't agree with everything he says. The "T3 cycles" that he proposes are very hard on the adrenals and if your adrenals are weak then there is a risk of crashing them due to the speed that he ramps T3 up with.

Unfortunately a lot of thyroid sufferers have low adrenals as untreated hypothyroidism causes adrenal gland damage.

If you decide to try the Wilson protocol instead of what we are suggesting here PLEASE ensure that your adrenals can stand it.
