I joined Val's group a little over a year ago. I had been to numerous Dr.'s including several Endo.'s, a cardiologist, a rheumatologist and an orthopaedic because of thyroid and adrenal symptoms, heart palpitation, panic attacks and terrible joint and bone pain. I could never find anyone that could even tell me I was tryuly ill. All of them just told me I was fine but I knew I wasnt' fine!! I had been on T4 alone for a couple of years and then several combinations of T3/T4 including armour, then a SRT3 and finally after meeting Val went to T3(Cytomel) only. It took approx. 10-12 weeks for the RT3 to clear and I have not felt this good in a long time. It also seems that each day I wake I tend to feel better and better. I think depending on how long and how bad you were inititally will determine how long it will take to clear all of the receptors and begin repairing the organs and other areas that had been stressed or damaged by the RT3. I felt so bad and felt that I would never find the answers. It's difficult to find a Dr. out there that really "gets it" but with Val's help and the many people that are members you will get better. It is a miracle and the Dr.'s just have no clue. Follow Val and Nick and Margery's advice and you will find with time that you will be slowly healing.

Take Care!!
