I had been finding I was less flexible than I used to be and was blaming it on age. Since going onto T3 I have found it much easier to bend down and pick something up.

A follow on from this is that trimming my horses feet became a less painful excercise for me.

I've also been supplementing Vitamin D at 10,000 IU a day and this could have helped this increased flexibility. I started doing that because of the flu outbreak. Interesting followup to that D link on Flu, a lot of symptomless cases of flu have been found in the UK, are these spreading the virus ready for it to be "activated" by lack of Vitamin D??
